On May 27th I presented to the NAB mortgage brokers network. Here is part of the section that I did on where are we going in Australia with regard to the COVID -19 Pandemic:

My key points were:

• The future is defined by volatility and uncertainty.
• We have signposts from overseas experience.
• There will be clusters and outbreaks.
• That brokers who felt they were great at closing in person needed a flexible strategy because there were bound to be restrictions on individual businesses, larger regions, and even States.
